A person is at his best when he has considerable belief in
his abilities. And when it comes to employees, belief and self-esteem are very
essential factors. If your employees don’t have self-esteem, they will
certainly lack the drive to succeed. Without this drive, it is impossible for
them to take on challenges all on their own, in an effective manner. This makes
them limited to their monotonous work, and their scope for growth is very less.
